Point your Sentry DSN at Epure (verify checklist)

Copy the Epure DSN into the SDK you already ship. Zero discarded rates. Verify 202 and Issues.

This page is the short checklist. Paste the DSN. Prove ingest. For leaving Sentry with peer context, open the migrate guide.

Preconditions

  • Epure host healthy (GET /health).
  • You can edit app env / init.
  • You accept error tracking only (no session replay, APM, or profiling on Epure).

Copy DSN

Settings → SDK connection → https://PUBLIC_KEY@your-host/PROJECT_ID. Next.js: set both SENTRY_DSN and NEXT_PUBLIC_SENTRY_DSN.

Init checklist

  • Package still @sentry/* / sentry-sdk / sentry-go.
  • dsn points at Epure.
  • tracesSampleRate / traces_sample_rate = 0.
  • Replay sample rates = 0 (JS).
  • Profiles sample rate = 0.
  • Short jobs call Flush/Close.

Verify

  • captureException a known error.
  • HTTP 202.
  • Issues row: Verify.
  • If browser fails but curl works: CORS (Browser).

Envelope honesty: Envelope.

Questions

Does Epure replace all of Sentry?
No. Exceptions and stack traces only. No replay, APM, or profiling.
Checklist or migrate guide?
Use this checklist when Epure is already up and you only need the DSN move. Use Migrate from Sentry when you are leaving Sentry Cloud or self-hosted Sentry and want the full story.
What about GlitchTip or Bugsink?
What are the self-host tradeoffs?
Own data and no quota invoice. You own backups and upgrades. Cloud is not live.
